Your Kickstarter Doesn't End When the Campaign Ends. It Ends When the Box Arrives at Your Backer's Door.

The Risk

You've planned the campaign. You've shot the video. You've built the community. But the part most creators underestimate is what happens after the funding goal is hit — Stretch Goal costs spiraling, Pledge Manager chaos, freight surprises, broken boxes, missing rewards, and refund requests piling up.

Was wir tun

We do the entire post-campaign half for you — from cost modeling before launch to last-mile fulfillment after.

02 · Who This Is For

This solution is built for creators who know that fulfillment is where campaigns are won or lost.

  • You're preparing your first Kickstarter or Gamefound launch, targeting USD 50K or above.
  • You've successfully crowdfunded before, but the fulfillment phase was painful — and you refuse to repeat it.
  • You want to add Stretch Goals but don't know how each tier affects your per-unit cost and margin.
  • You have backers across multiple countries and aren't sure how to split fulfillment to minimize freight cost.
  • You need seamless integration between your Pledge Manager, production schedule, and logistics.

Six phases. From pre-launch modeling to every backer's tracking number.

Fulfillment duration scales with project size. Campaigns with split warehouse strategies across 3+ regions add 2–3 weeks of coordination time.
What you keep: every deliverable from every phase belongs to you — including the Stretch Goal model and freight tables — whether or not you continue to fulfillment with us.
Investment
Support fee:
from USD 200

06 · FAQ

The questions everyone asks before they sign.

I haven't decided between Kickstarter and Gamefound. Can you help me choose?
Yes. Kickstarter brings higher organic traffic but charges higher fees; Gamefound is board-game-native but requires you to bring your own community. We'll analyze your IP, community size, and target regions and give you a platform recommendation — this is covered in the free consultation.
If my campaign fails to fund, can I get a refund on the service fee?
If the work has already been delivered — Stretch Goal modeling, Pledge tier review — those fees are non-refundable as the service is complete. However, if your campaign doesn't fund, 100% of your service fee converts to credit for your next campaign launch.
Which Pledge Manager do you recommend?
BackerKit is the most established with the richest feature set. Gamefound's PM integrates natively with the platform. CrowdOx works well for smaller campaigns. We have live data integration experience with all three — and we'll give you a platform recommendation in the PM Selection Brief based on your project scale.
Freight costs have surged lately. How do you help control them?
Three levers: (1) warehouse split strategy — expensive destinations ship from local stock; (2) consolidation — sharing container space with other projects in the same shipping window; (3) real-rate collection in Pledge Manager using BackerKit Charge Cards. We model all three scenarios against your backer map so you pick the right combination.
What happens if boxes arrive damaged?
We use three-layer protection in packaging: corrugated inner liner, EPE foam cushioning, and compression-tested outer carton. Our historical damage rate is under 0.8%. When damage does occur, free replacement shipment is written into the service contract — not offered as goodwill.
Can I speak with one of your past Kickstarter clients before signing?
Yes. Under NDA, we'll introduce you to 1–2 past Kickstarter clients as reference contacts. It's the most honest signal we can give — we wouldn't offer it if we weren't confident in what they'd say.
